“Bacio del Caseificio” Zucchini Pie

Ingredients for 4 people

4 medium-sized zucchini - 1 container of “Bacio del Caseificio” cheese - 2 eggs - parmesan cheese - salt and pepper to taste - 1 onion - extra virgin olive oil.


Finely slice the onion and place it in a pan with oil. Fry for a few minutes and then add the sliced ​​zucchini. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
In a large bowl pour the eggs, Parmesan cheese and the bacio and gently mix.
Add the zucchini and pour the mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving sliced ​​and sprinkled with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
